EZ CAST is a revolutionary waterless orthopedic casting tape made from knitted Fiberglass providing unsurpassed conformability, excellent X-ray translucency and strong casting material with a superior smooth finish.

The Hydrogel used with EZ CAST is a combination of water molocules(94%) and polymers. When applied in small and appropriate amount onto the cast surface, it will trigger the process of resin polymerization. The process will start at the surface and penetrate to the deeper layers.

Application
 Instructions:


Apply Cast over padded
extremity with conventional method.


Pour the Hydrogel on gloved hands.


Apply the Hydrogel evenly over the surface of the cast.



Do not immerse Cast
in water after opening
package.

      Waterless Orthopedic Casting.

             Unlike the traditional wet casting techniques, EZ CAST is:

           Waterless and less messy than the conventional cast.
           The padding underneath the cast remains dry.
           The hydrogel will reduce the tackiness of the resin.
           Hands will glide easily over the cast during the molding process.
